Oakley House Civil War Reenactment

Journey back into history to the year 1864, when visitors will see a recreation of the sights and sounds of the Civil War battle at Oakley Plantation in 1864. Each day walk through the soldier camps and see living history demonstrations of soldier life by reenactors in blue and grey. You will hear black powder weapon demonstrations of both rifle and cannons. There will be a reenactment of the October 1864 battle each day and all activities conclude at 2 PM on Sunday.
