Nestled in Washburn, Missouri, the historical reenactment promises an immersive experience. Reenactors, spanning US Military, CS Military, and Civilian roles, will converge at this picturesque site, where amenities like water, firewood, bathrooms, and ample parking await.

Friday's School Day, featuring soldier drills and cannon firing, sets the tone. Evening brings camaraderie with a chili dinner in the Tavern. Saturday's dawn marks the start of apple butter preparation, camps opening at 10:00 am. A climactic 2:00 pm battle precedes a pulled pork and beans dinner, concluding with a 7:00 pm dance. Sunday's highlights include breakfast, open camps, a church service, and a final battle at 1:00 pm, concluding the event at 2:30 pm.

Organized by a new host unit, this mainstream reenactment boasts authenticity with on-site Elk Horn Tavern recreation and battles featuring ground charges.
